Village on the Park Steeplechase offers a continuum of care with three living options: Independent Living for active seniors seeking a maintenance-free lifestyle; Assisted Living for those who need support with daily activities; and Memory Care for residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other forms of memory loss. We create three distinct monthly activity and event calendars—one for each living option—ensuring everyone can participate in programs tailored to their needs.

Choose from floor plans ranging from 263 to 1,200 square feet across studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts in our accessible, single-story buildings. Independent living residents can select between apartments in our main building or desirable cottages featuring equipped kitchens, outdoor patios, and garages. Assisted living offers one- and two-bedroom apartments (530 to 803 square feet) with ample living space and personalized care. Memory care provides welcoming studio and semi-private suites.

Yes! Village on the Park Steeplechase is pet-friendly. We welcome dogs and cats to join you in your new home. Please ask about specific pet policies during your tour to ensure your furry companion meets our guidelines.

Our approach includes three restaurant-style, home-cooked meals prepared daily by our chefs and served in the main dining room (friends and family always welcome), utilities, weekly housekeeping and linen service, apartment maintenance, access to all amenities including our sparkling outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, library, craft center, TV and game room, solarium, salon, and barbershop. Residents also enjoy a full calendar of planned activities and events, scheduled transportation for appointments and outings, and emergency call systems for added safety.

Our signature feature is our sparkling outdoor swimming pool, perfect for water aerobics or staying cool with friends! We also have an on-site ice cream parlor serving Blue Bell ice cream, popcorn, and treats, plus “Chase the Trolley” bringing ice cream, donuts, and more throughout the community. Yes! We have Home Health Resources (HHR) located right here in our building, which allows us to support many residents in independent living who initially thought they needed assisted living. This onsite partnership provides convenient access to professional healthcare services as needs change. We also offer 12-16-hour nursing care, a 24-hour call system and supervision, assistance with daily activities, medication management, and specialized memory care programming.

We’re conveniently located near excellent healthcare including HCA Houston ER 24/7 – Cypress Fairbanks, HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress, Kindred Hospital Houston Northwest (1.2 miles), and Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center (1.4 miles).
