Village on the Park Oklahoma City offers three levels of care:

• Independent Living, for active seniors seeking a convenient, maintenance-free lifestyle
• Assisted Living, for those who are mostly independent but in need of support with daily activities
• Memory Care, a specialized, secure neighborhood designed for residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other types of memory loss

We offer a range of floor plans from 416 to 1,057 square feet. Independent Living residents can choose from one- and two-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes or private single-story cottages featuring full kitchens, laundry rooms, attached garages, and carports.

Assisted Living offers studio and one-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes. Memory Care provides bright, inviting studio and semi-private suites. All residences are in accessible, single-story buildings with no stairs or elevators.

Our independent living cottages offer the privacy of a house with the security and amenities of community living, minus the hassles of homeownership. Each single-story cottage includes a full kitchen, laundry room, attached garage, and carport. Some residents transform their carports into outdoor living areas. Cottage living is similar to living in a friendly 55+ neighborhood, without lawn care, maintenance, or property taxes.

Monthly living costs depend on your personal preferences, such as your choice of floor plan—whether you prefer an apartment or a cottage—and the specific level of care you need. Yes! Village on the Park Oklahoma City is pet-friendly. You’re welcome to bring your furry companion, and we even have beautiful grounds and walking paths perfect for strolling with your dog. You might also enjoy visiting nearby Merrel Medley Park.
