We are a rental only community and do not require a large down payment.

Yes, all utilities, except telephone, cable and Internet, are included in the monthly fee.

Yes, once per week housekeeping services are included.

Yes. A wireless emergency pendant is available to residents. The alert pendant can be pressed to summon emergency assistance.

Each community currently provides scheduled transportation 5 days a week. This includes days for errand runs, physician visits, grocery outings and spiritual services. Additional transportation can be arranged for a fee. Each community also has outings that make scheduled trips to shopping malls, restaurants as well as sightseeing and entertainment destinations. Our bus is wheelchair accessible.
