Rosetta Day is the Executive Director at Carriage Inn Conroe and represents the community’s core values by leading by example. Rosetta places high priority and oversight towards resident and employee satisfaction. Rosetta promotes a close – knit community and emphasizes the importance of communication, collaboration and customer service.

Rosetta is married to her best friend, Buddy, and has two daughters, Jonna and Christa!

Jodi Graf is the Business Office Manager at Carriage Inn Conroe where she leads the amazing Concierge Team - who greets every resident and guest with a smiling face. She also takes care of accounts receivable, billing and employee onboarding. 

Jodi has been married to her husband Jeff since 1997 and she has two adult children, Kristen and Jeffrey. Jodi moved to Texas from California in 2008 and is proud to be a Texan.

Patsy is the Director of Life Enrichment at Carriage Inn Conroe. Life Enrichment encompasses activities that support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, intellectual and social well-being. Patsy coordinates opportunities for Residents to enjoy a happy and well balanced life.

Patsy is a proud wife and mother of four children and enjoys spending time with her family, both at home and at work!

As the Director of Sales and Marketing, Terri loves working with upcoming new residents and their family members to make their move as enjoyable and smooth as possible. She also represents our community throughout the city of Conroe and surrounding areas. Terri will tell you, "Every day is a great day here at Carriage Inn; full of opportunities to enjoy wonderful neighbors, delicious made from scratch meals, with more activities than one person can participate in daily.” 

In her spare time, Terri loves spending time with her husband, Bruce, and family of six children and 17 grandchildren. She also enjoys serving with her husband at their church here in Conroe.

Tony is the Director of Dining Services at Carriage Inn Conroe. He is responsible for providing the residents with high quality dining and excellent service. Tony is always crafting new recipes for the enjoyment of the residents!

Tony is married to Delmy and they have three children - Emily, Aris and Misael. Tony is an avid traveler and enjoys learning about different cultures.

Ryan leads his maintenance and housekeeping team to provide our residents with a safe and clean home. Ryan is responsible for applying his HVAC Certification, five-plus years of plumbing experience, and all phases of equipment and building systems repair to ensure the community is tidy and functional. Being reliable, kind, and genuinely concerned for the well-being of others makes Ryan key to the communities success.

Ryan was raised by his grandma and loves to take care of and put smiles on the faces of seniors.
