Carriage Inn Bryan

Cindy Lindemann is the Executive Director at Carriage Inn Bryan, where she leads a dedicated team committed to serving residents and their families. She began her career in Sales and Marketing at an assisted living and memory care facility in the Houston area before transferring to a large independent senior living community. After 16 years in sales, Cindy sought to start a new chapter by building a home in Chappell Hill, Texas, while continuing her career in senior living. In November 2024, she became the Executive Director of Carriage Inn Bryan.

Cindy enjoys overseeing operations but finds great joy in interacting with residents and ensuring that their forever home is a happy place. One of her favorite sayings is, "Home is where the heart is." Cindy’s heart is full knowing that the residents are happy in their home at Carriage Inn Bryan.

Elaine Dobbs has been a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) since 1979, giving her 46 years of experience. Throughout her career, she has worked in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, doctors' offices, and private home care, in addition to caring for her family. From a young age, Elaine always had a desire to help and take care of others. She often states, "This is my first love".

Connie Garcia is the director of Life Enrichment at Carriage Inn. She enjoys using her creativity to plan and organize a diverse range of activities and social events that encourage residents to stay active and foster the sense of community the facility is known for. When she’s not busy keeping the residents engaged, Connie spends her time with her two children.

Shamica Ausby is the Director of Dining Services at the beautiful senior living community, Carriage Inn Bryan. She has been with Carriage Inn since April 2017. Shamica leads the dining team to ensure that residents enjoy an exceptional dining experience, featuring a wide variety of nutritious and delicious foods. Outside of work, Shamica is a mother to three wonderful daughters and a grandmother to three amazing grandsons. She cherishes spending quality time with her family whenever possible.

Emily Bunning is the Director of Marketing and Sales at Carriage Inn. She started her career at Carriage Inn in January 2025, bringing with her experience in sales and marketing from the student housing sector. Driven by a genuine passion for serving seniors, Emily transitioned into senior living to create a meaningful impact. She is dedicated to helping seniors and their families feel confident and supported in their decision to join the Carriage Inn community.

Connie Garcia is the director of Life Enrichment. She enjoys using her creativity to plan and organize an impressive range of activities and social events that encourage our residents to stay active and enjoy the sense of community Carriage Inn is known for.

Connie has two children that keep her busy when she’s not keeping the residents busy!
