What makes your location special?
We’re nestled on 10 beautiful acres dotted with oak trees, just off Pin Oak Road. Many of our residents’ families live nearby in neighborhoods like Cinco Ranch, Woodcreek Reserve, and Seven Meadows, making visits easy and convenient.
Can my parent bring their dog or cat?
Absolutely! We’re a pet-friendly community across all levels of care. We know how much joy and comfort pets bring to daily life.
What housing options are available?
We offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments (262 to 1,800 square feet), as well as independent living cottages. All homes are single-story and accessible, with options for carpeting or wood-style flooring and beautiful courtyard views.
What’s special about the independent living cottages?
Our cottages offer the perfect blend of independence and community. They feature full kitchens, in-home washers and dryers, private patios, and some even include garage or carport parking. You’ll enjoy the privacy of a home with access to all our amenities and services.
What’s included in the monthly cost for independent living?
Your monthly fee covers:
- Your apartment or cottage
- Utilities and home/yard maintenance
- Full breakfast plus two additional meals daily
- Weekly housekeeping
- Move-in assistance
- Access to activities, fitness center, and scheduled transportation
What does assisted living include?
Assisted living includes everything in independent living, plus:
- Access to personalized help with daily activities like dressing, grooming, and bathing, and escort services
- Medication management
- Three meals daily plus snacks
- 24-hour staff availability
Tell me about your memory care program.
Our memory care neighborhood is designed to provide a secure, purposeful setting for residents with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other cognitive impairments. We provide specialized programming, 24/7 trained staffing, and activities that promote cognitive engagement and meaningful living.
What’s the dining like?
Our dining program is available 12 hours a day, so you can eat at your convenience. Chefs prepare fresh, delicious meals with options for dietary restrictions. Independent living includes breakfast plus two meals daily, while assisted living and memory care include three meals plus snacks.
What do residents do all day?
We create separate activity calendars for independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Residents enjoy yoga, tai chi, cooking classes, Bible study, casino nights, and outings to local spots like Katy Mills Mall and Proud Pie café. There’s no pressure to join—every day is yours to enjoy as you wish.
Is transportation available?
Yes! We provide complimentary transportation for medical appointments, shopping, errands, and community outings.
What’s nearby for shopping and entertainment?
You’re close to everything! Old Town Katy, Katy Mills Mall, and LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch for shopping, plus local favorites like Black Walnut Cafe and Mary Jo Peckham Park.
How close are medical facilities?
We’re minutes from Memorial Hermann Medical Center and numerous doctors’ offices, specialists, and rehabilitation facilities.
